1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services, website, or proprietary products of Applifiles Technology Solutions ("Applifiles", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using our platforms and services.

2. Scope of Services & Products

Applifiles Technology Solutions provides custom software engineering, website development, API integrations, and proprietary platforms including:

• Shopofiles: POS + eCommerce commerce platform for multi-channel and retail businesses.
• Shopofiles POS: Dedicated point of sale, barcode scanning, offline-ready billing, and receipt generation.
• Cab Management System: Complete mobility platform for taxi booking, driver dispatch, and automated fare routing.
• Custom Software Engagements: Bespoke eCommerce solutions, WhatsApp messaging automation, Meta integrations, and corporate portals.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific written commercial contract, all source code, databases, software functionality, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Applifiles Technology Solutions and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Client Responsibilities & Data

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all content, brand assets, product inventories, and data supplied for integration into websites or software platforms. Clients must not provide infringing or unlawful material, and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials.

5. Payment Terms & Deployments

Software setups, custom milestone deliverables, and licensing fees are invoiced pursuant to agreed project proposals or stated plan schedules. Production deployments and handovers are completed upon settlement of project milestones.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Applifiles Technology Solutions, its founders, or employees be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost data arising from your use of the platforms or third-party hosting dependencies.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our platforms and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
